Thank you for purchasing from Tahleem Natural. We strive to provide high-quality natural and personal care products including facewash, shampoo, hair mehndi, and other cosmetic items. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned once they are opened or used.
However, returns are accepted in the following situations:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The product is leaking
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is expired
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
2. Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
- A full refund will be issued for damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect products.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
3. Replacement
Customers may choose to receive a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
- Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
